Topical Use Instructions 

1. Add your favorite FTR carrier oil to your hand or a small container
2. Add one drop of essential oil for every teaspoon of carrier oil and mix well
3. Use mixed oil as needed

Aromatherapy Use Instructions

1. Add 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water and diffuse
